The meeting must be diarised prior to the draw on the 30th April 2011
Draw to determine a winner will be made on the 30th April 2011. Evidence of a fair draw will be made available to those who entered the competition upon request.

The iPod will either be posted or hand delivered to site for the purposes of publicity
